PLOPP FAMILY ⋅ OSKAR ZIETA ⋅ HAY ⋅ 2008   

Plopp is a family of stools (with different hight). Their shape is create by welding two thin sheets of metal together and subsequently inflating them with high pressure air, a technology called FIDU. In this way the stool, initially produced flat, has a final shape slightly different from the others of the same collection, due to the imperfections of the process itself. Here a video were you can see the inflating procedure.
